Alex,Alex and Brittany did an excellent job in my house. They were efficient and pleasant and they explained everything they were doing in my house. They remove all debris from my house. I would definitely recommend them.

With all of the snow and ice this season - a dam formed on the roof of my kitchen addition causing a leak inside. I panicked and found Tom via an online recommendation. He came out the same evening to asses any damage, explain what was going on - confirm that my house was actually NOT going to fall into ruin and very kindly and clearly explained next steps. SO SO grateful and will be using Americon moving forward!! :)

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with water damage in my home, but I’m so glad I called Americon. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The team (John, Alex, and Alex) was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the restoration process. They quickly assessed the damage and efficiently began the cleanup, ensuring that nothing was left to chance. The equipment they used was state-of-the-art, and I was impressed with how thorough they were in drying out the affected areas. Throughout the process, I felt completely confident in their abilities, and the results were outstanding. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and worked directly with my insurance company to make the entire experience as stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its clients, but Americon went above and beyond in every aspect. If you’re dealing with water damage, I highly recommend Americon. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience. Truly top-notch service!

Tommy and his crew were fantastic! They transformed our kitchen after our dishwasher caught on fire. They took care of everything from the first call until the work was complete. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail and finishing. Masterful!
